LOLA & LILLY RETURNS
LOLA & LILLY offer an exchange or credit note for FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE within 21 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
Before you return your item, please make sure the item is in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. Please also ensure swing tags are still attached to the item. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are unable to be returned for either a credit note or an exchange. We reserve the right to not accept the item back if we feel the item has been used or if the item has been damaged. (Eg makeup or tan stains.)
 
Unfortunately we DO NOT offer exchanges or credit notes on SALE MERCHANDISE.
 
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
You can return your purchase in store or you can send your purchase back to us within 21 days from the date your parcel was delivered. Once the goods have been received, we will contact you within two working days.

A copy of the RETURN FORM
 must be included in the parcel. Please email lolaandlilly@outlook.com.au for a copy of the form.

Please address the parcel to:

LOLA & LILLY Returns, 37B Murray St,
Angaston, SA 5353.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the
cost of the re-posted item. 

EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE

To ensure you do not miss out on the item, we recommend you jump online and purchase the item or size that you are exchanging.

Please return the item you are exchanging to:

LOLA & LILLY Returns, 37B Murray St,
Angaston, SA 5353. A copy of the RETURN FORM must be included in the parcel. Please email lolaandlilly@outlook.com.au for a copy of returns form. 

Once we have received your return, we will
process a refund within 48 hours.

FAULTY ITEMS
We thoroughly check items before they are packaged and sent. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send the item back to:
LOLA & LILLY Returns, 37B Murray St, Angaston, SA 5353. A copy of the RETURN FORM must be included in the parcel. Please email lolaandlilly@outlook.com.au for a copy of the returns form.

Your purchase will be repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You will only be refunded in full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We reserve the right to not accept the item back
if we feel the item has been used or worn and the damage is a result of general wear and tear.
